Brett Weisberg

Co - Founder

Brett holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard University, a J.D. ( Juris Doctorate) from UC Hastings Law, and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Irvine.

As Co - Founder at the Brilliant Future Foundation, Brett develops and oversees programs that span early childhood education, K–12 academic support, college and career readiness, mentorship, and health services for students and families from diverse backgrounds. He is dedicated to creating opportunities that help students build confidence, develop skills, and achieve meaningful goals, while strengthening families and communities for lasting impact.

Brett believes education and health are transformative forces that unlock potential and drive positive change. Through collaboration, innovation, and hands-on leadership, he cultivates inclusive learning environments, promotes well-being, and empowers future leaders, building programs that make a lasting difference in students’ lives.

Emily Weisberg

President

Emily holds a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from UC Berkeley, graduating Pi Sigma Alpha, and a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she was awarded the prestigious Richard and Ruth Levine Academic Scholarship.

As Presiden of the Brilliant Future Foundation, Emily combines legal expertise, business acumen, and nonprofit leadership to create programs that empower students, support families, and strengthen communities. She is a member of the California State Bar and a licensed real estate agent, practicing corporate law and litigation for Fortune 50 companies, while also bringing entrepreneurial experience from founding a nationally recognized fashion company and the Foundation for the American Dream, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit serving military families.

Emily is passionate about guiding the next generation. Through mentorship, program development, and strategic leadership, she helps students build confidence, develop skills, and pursue meaningful goals, while fostering inclusive, supportive environments that leave a lasting impact on families and communities.

Nina Voydat

Chief Operating Officer

Nina is a USC graduate, where she earned a double major in Public Administration and Public Policy on a full scholarship while excelling in tennis - earning four-time All-American honors, two national championships, ranking among the top four junior players in the world, achieving a top 100 global ranking, and competing in Grand Slam tournaments. She continues to give back to USC through volunteer work, supporting the university that helped shape her success.

As CMO of the Brilliant Future Foundation, Nina brings deep insight, experience, and a passion for empowering students. Coming from an education-focused family - her father, a former school superintendent, holds a PhD from Columbia University - and as a parent of three, she understands the importance of nurturing both children and communities.

A dedicated mentor and leader, Nina helps guide initiatives that foster academic excellence, personal growth, and college and career readiness. Her leadership, commitment, and vision make her an invaluable force in advancing the foundation’s mission and creating lasting impact for young people and their families.

Michael Jack

C0 - Chairman

Michael is the Co - Chairman of the Brilliant Future Foundation, where he leads innovation and develops transformative educational opportunities for students. A standout scholar-athlete, he graduated from Agoura High School and earned a sociology degree from California State University, Fullerton on a full scholarship, excelling as a Division 1 baseball closer and competing in the elite Cape Cod Baseball League.

Michael brings extensive experience across entertainment, real estate, and corporate leadership, having held key roles at NBC and Corcoran ICON Properties.

Passionate about guiding the next generation, Michael mentors students to overcome challenges, pursue their ambitions, and unlock their potential. His combination of athletic excellence, business insight, and visionary leadership makes him a driving force at the Brilliant Future Foundation and an inspiration to future leaders.
